Growth in Child Safety Seat Market would be Propelled by Certain Trends

Car injuries are a major cause of death especially among kids in the US. But many of these deaths can be prevented with child safety seats. A recent study by “Centers for Disease Control and Protection (or CDC)” discloses that close to 618,000 kids in the age group 0 to 12 years rode motor vehicles without a safety seats some of the time. Furthermore, in the same year close to 650 children age 12 years even younger succumbed to road accidents and over 148,000 were seriously injured, uncovered CDC. Thus, growing concerns over children dying in crash has added growth in the safety seats market for kids.

Another major driver responsible for the rise of the safety seat market are the strict government regulation ensuring kid’s safety. Regions including all 50 states in the United States, Virgin Islands and Guam expect parents or guardians to have child safety seats in their vehicle for infants as well as kids who fit a particular criteria. Besides this, 5 states like New York, California, Louisiana, New Jersey and Florida are advised to have safety belts for school buses. In addition, Texas needs them on school buses, which were bought after September 1, 2010.

Organizations offering health services are also busy raising awareness about these safety seats. These organizations aim at educating parents about motor vehicle safety seats and offering answers to questions on vehicle regulations. In a recent event, the fine levied for violating “Vehicle Equipment Regulation” was from approximately $115 to a good $155, reported Schneider. Big Market Research has added a report titled “Global Child Safety Seats Industry 2015 Market Research Report.” The market research report takes a closer look at the current business scenario and development in regions including Japan, Germany, China and United States. To conclude, stakeholders, product managers, marketing executives and other professionals seeking unbiased data on the major industry drivers, obstacles and opportunities of the aforesaid market.

Granting of patent for an advanced cardiac biomarker is expected to transform the cardiac biomarker industry

The area of diagnosing and treatment of various cardiovascular diseases have undergone a paradigm change with the introduction of cardiac biomarker. By monitoring the various heart conditions biomarkers can potentially be used to detect and monitor a wide range of cardiac conditions in the critical care setting.
Singulex, Inc., recently announced that the Japanese Patent Office has granted a crucial patent which covers methods for detecting or monitoring cardiovascular conditions by the use of biomarkers Interleukin 17-A (IL-17A)  and cardiac Troponin-I (cTnI) in assays which have high sensitivity.

Japanese Patent No. 5678045, entitled “Highly Sensitive Biomarker Panels”’ provides patent protection in Japan and it expires by June 2029. The patent is an important development in the industrial landscape of cardiac biomarker recent market dynamics as it impacts the Company's portfolio of 22 issued patents which are connected to its core SMCTM technology and biomarker assays. The company was previously granted United States Patent 8,450,069 covering methods for assessing cardiovascular health and damage by the use of biomarkers cTnI, IL-6, and IL-17A, along with one or more of  BNP & TNF-a, in platform-independent highly sensitive assays. This patent provides the company exclusive commercial rights in US to conduct these these assays through June 2030.
Moreover, as claimed by Japanese patent, one or more of Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha (TNF-a), along with different forms of B-type natriuretic peptides are used in combination with cTnI and IL-17A as an effective biomarker.

Guido Baechler, President and Chief Executive Officer of Singulex., “We are committed to advancing the clinical understanding and use of high sensitivity biomarkers for the management of chronic diseases, and I am pleased with the continued progress of our clinical programs that support our CLIA-licensed laboratory business as well as our emerging in vitro Diagnostics business, all based upon our Single Molecule Counting technology,"

There are many prominent diagnostic companies which have recently introduced immunoassays for cardiac biomarker testing on an integrated platform, and the leading vendors are pro-active in increasing the efficacy of the systems so that the results are accurate and fast. Prominent market players include Abbott Laboratories, Roche Diagnostics, Alere Inc, Siemens Healthcare, Dickinson and Company and Becton, Bio-Rad Laboratories, and BioMerieux, Randox laboratories.

Recently, Big Market Research has added a report titled “World Cardiac Biomarkers - Market Opportunities and Forecasts, 2014 -2020”. The report offers a comprehensive insights into the current and future market trends, market profile of leading market players along with detailed segmentation and forecast.

Radial tires find increased application in pneumatic tires industry

Tires are engineered structural combinations being the most important components of any modern automobile. Tires with advanced features meet safety criteria and performance expectations of the customer. The demand market for tires is led by the mass manufacture of tires in automobile industry along with their high adoption across industrial vehicles and passenger cars.

Pneumatic tires are made of rubber tires filled with air that is compressed. Other important raw materials can be materials such as steel wire, carbon black, fabric, polyester, nylon, fabric cord and rayon. Significant increase in automobile production globally along with rise in the demand of tires in the replacement market drive the growth momentum of the pneumatic tire market globally.

The global pneumatic tire market can be classified on the basis of type of sale, vehicle type, product type and geography. Based on product type, pneumatic tires market is segmented into cross-ply tires and radial tires. Based on the type of vehicle, the global pneumatic tires market is segmented into four-wheelers, aircraft, two-wheelers, industrial vehicles and agricultural vehicles, among many others; among these four wheelers tire segment contributes the highest revenue and is expected to remain so throughout the analysis period. Four wheelers are extensively used in industrial vehicles and passenger cars and have high adoption rate in transportation sector, thus offering a fillip to the growth of pneumatic tires industry globally.

The advent of radial tires has transformed the entire market of pneumatic tires as the radial tires segment witness high growth in the global pneumatic tires market. The segment accounted for around 68.8% of the total tire market when measured in terms of value in 2014, growing at a CAGR of 7.2% over the forecast period. Radials pneumatic tires are sometimes constructed with multiple layers of steel belts in the sidewall and tread which facilitates maneuvering across sharp objects which can damage the tires.

There are many report sin the market which offer a comprehensive overview of market dynamics in terms of key drivers and restraints, current market trends and future growth prospects along with market strategies of leading market players. A recent report by Big Market Research titled “World Pneumatic Tire - Market Opportunities and Forecasts, 2014 - 2020”. . As per the report, the global pneumatic tire market is forecast to garner a revenue of $287.5 billion by 2020, growing at 7.0% CAGR over the period of 2015–2020.
