China Commercial Concrete Industry Report, 2012-2015 By Big Market Research


In 2011, the commercial concrete output of China increased by 19.75% year-on-year to 1.42 billion cubic meters. In particular, the growth in Northwest and Southwest was the sharpest, up 39.1% and 31.2% respectively, while that in Central South and Northeast reached 23.9% and 24.2%, followed by North China and East China with 21.2% and 12.8% separately. In Jan.-Jun. 2012, the commercial concrete output of China totaled 740 million cubic meters, a year-on-year rise of 27.2%. 
In 2012, the combined sales volume of top 10 commercial concrete enterprises is expected to stand at less than 7% of the national total, and the industrial concentration ratio needs to be further improved. Leading industrial players include China Resources Cement Holdings Limited, Shanghai Jiangong Engineering Materials, Tangshan Jidong Cement, CSCEC Concrete, BBMG Corporation, Shanghai Construction Components, Xinjiang West Construction Group, etc.
